“ This is a great little local mom and pop breakfast and lunch place! It’s been recently remodeled and is beautiful and clean inside. The owners are genuinely friendly and the food tastes homemade in the best way. The breakfast burritos are absolutely delicious and some of the best in town! The chile is spicy, there is a perfect ratio of ingredients (the potatoes are so good and there isn’t an excessive amount), and the prices are very reasonable. The lunch burritos are also scrumptious-the beef and bean one is hearty and cheesy. Papa Franks is a true gem of the downtown area and a must-try. ”

The owner, wife and son and running the business and all there to get it and talk to you. It was very affordable. They have an area where you can sit and eat but i took mine to go.
